How do I get free shipping?

We know you're busy, but you don't want to sacrifice your dollars for convenience. At Lykki, we want you to enjoy fast, free delivery to your door while remaining confident that you're still getting great value. Shipping is free and fast (and we mean NEXT-BUSINESS-DAY FAST!) for orders over $45. For orders under $45, the shipping fee is only $9.95.

How do I return something?

All items returned MUST first be issued a return authorization number through Lykki. Call 1-888-935-9554, email returns@lykki.com or chat.

Please be ready with these details:

1. Original invoice / order number
2. SKU number and quantity of the item being returned
3. Reason for your return
4. Your name and/or company name and daytime telephone number
5. Your email address
6. Is this a reship (exchange) or refund (credit) to your account?

We don’t have many requirements, in fact our 365 day return freedom flexibility is leading edge, but here are a few things we’re unwavering about:

1. Item must be in the original and unmarked packaging. Barcodes, original boxes and packaging will ensure that your credit is issued promptly.
2. Item must be new, unused and resaleable.
3. Item must include all components (manuals, cables, accessories, etc.)
4. We need to issue a return authorization before you send it to us.

When will I receive my order?

For items in stock and ordered before 3:00 PM local time, you can expect delivery the following business day (Monday-Friday delivery) –  we call it Lykkity Split, Next-Day Delivery! Sometimes, on orders for a high quantity of a particular item, for an item that's not available at our nearest warehouse, or for items that are being shipped to a remote location, delivery may take a little longer than expected.

Return Information – What You Need to Know

Quick Return Guidelines

Is everything you sell returnable?

The following office supply items are not eligible for return, except if we shipped them to you in error:

  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Special orders
  • Custom items
  • Food and beverages
  • Floor machines and equipment
  • Opened non-defective hardware and software
  • Commercial coffee urns
  • Vacuums
  • Pharmaceutical merchandise
  • Non-stock close-out merchandise
  • Discontinued items

These items have limited 90 days returns only if unopened & unused:

  • Computer hardware, software, laptops, notebooks, tablets, monitors, laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, multipurpose copiers, all-in-one machines and shredders.

One other really important detail to remember is that you must have the original packaging – without it, unfortunately, we can’t issue a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

When we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item or it’s received damaged, we absolutely take responsibility for it and we pay to get it back to us. For any other returns, the shipping fee will be charged back to your account.

How does Lykki handle computer hardware and software returns?

Because these products change so rapidly, computer hardware, software, laptops, notebooks, tablets, monitors, laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, multipurpose copiers, all-in-one machines and shredders can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original sealed packaging within 90 days of the purchase date.

Special order items and custom products are not returnable.

Any opened software or business machines (including computers) are non-returnable once they have been used unless they are defective. You have a window of 10 days from receiving your items to notify us of defects.

Manufacturer return policies may restrict returns on some electronic items. When in doubt, we encourage you to contact us directly to confirm the returnability of an item before you place your order.

I want to return or make a claim for a damaged/defective item

Please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item. If the package was damaged or crushed by the courier, it's helpful to have that noted on the courier waybill.

Defective items must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the item.

Keep the original packaging and contact us directly so that we can issue a return authorization and expedite an order of the items you’re now needing but don’t have!

I want to exchange an item

Goods received damaged must be reported in 5 days. Defective items must be reported within 10 days.

Contact our friendly customer service staff and we will issue a return authorization number and will work hard to expedite getting you the item you need.

What if an item is missing from my order?

We strive to provide 100% accuracy but occasionally we do make mistakes. Hey, we admit it, and we will always do our best to get you the missing item promptly. Please contact us directly at 1-888-We-Lykki or at customerservice@lykki.com and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Were you expecting a fire safe and we shipped contact cement? We'll help you out ot your sticky situation and get you the item you ordered pronto. Please contact us directly at 1-888-We-Lykki or at customerservice@lykki.com and we will ensure your account is credited.

When will I receive my credit?

Once our customer service department issues your return authorization number and your return item has been shipped back to us you can expect 15-25 business days to pass before seeing the credit applied to your account.

Order history

Once you have your account set up, you'll be able to navigate through your past orders and see all the items you've purchased in the past. Lykki's e-Procurement tools will also allow you to set up purchasing rules and create quick order and reorder lists.

Get a price quote

At Lykki, you'll never pay list price. Our buyers are constantly scouring the market to secure great prices on office supply products that we can then pass on to you. Naturally, if you're thinking of making a volume purchase, we may be able to sharpen our pencils and provide you with an even better price. When will my backorder arrive?

Backorders generally ship from the closest secondary warehouse. We'll indicate the estimated delivery date of your backorder in the email you'll receive once your order is in process. If waiting for a backorder is unacceptable or if you want us to suggest some alternatives that can be shipped immediately, please call us at 1-888-We-Lykki

How do I re-order an office supply item?

Once you've signed in to your account, you'll have access to your order history as well as other powerful account management tools. You can either simply reorder from the lists of items you've purchased in the past, or you can set up a frequently ordered items list. This is a great tool if you're repeatedly ordering certain items, like toner cartridges for different machines in your office. Now all that information will be kept in one easy-to-access place, just for you. We Lykki!

Product availability

The availability of office supply, janitorial and cleaning supply, furniture, ink and toner, paper and pad, filing and storage, technology, coffee, water and snacks; and green office supply items will be indicated online. Occasionally, there may be low inventory items showing up as in stock – these will be cancelled or backordered based on your account preferences.

Fax your order

Use our handy fax form to check stock and to order or reorder any items that you need for your office. Faxed orders receive priority at Lykki, and you can expect next-day delivery if we receive your order by 3:00 PM your local time.

How do I track my order?

We'll send you an email confirmation once your order is in process in our system. In that email, there will be a link that you can click on to track your order. You'll also be able to track your order by signing in to your account on the Lykki.com website.

Do you offer free shipping on everything?

Yes! As long as your order is worth $45 or more. We will ship it to you for free. Just so we're clear, free delivery applies to everything we sell - even the heavy stuff!

What's the shipping charge for oversized items?

How does free sound? We've tried to make ordering from Lykki as simple and easy as possible. If you spend $45 on goods, the we will deliver it to your door for free. Doesn't that sound pretty good?

What if an item is backordered?

Your order is being delivered from a secondary warehouse, so its delivery will likely be delayed by 24 to 48 hours. If this delay is causing you grief, or if you need to cancel this because of the delay, please call us at 1-888-We Lykki. If the delivery window is longer, we'll be sure to let you know.

Lykki.com has warehouses in over 38 US cities including the cities listed below. So if our warehouse in your local area doesn't have your item in stock, the nearest secondary warehouse likely will.

What are the rates charged for items that aren't eligible for free shipping?

We're just playing with ya here. Everything we sell gets shipped for free when you spend a minimum of $45 with Lykki

What if you're unable to deliver my office supply item?

We'll make a second attempt to deliver your item, and if that's unsuccessful, we'll return it to our warehouse. If you can't be around to accept the delivery, you may want to consider asking the receptionist next door (you know, the one who needed to borrow some coffee creamer last week?) if she can sign for it. Really, she does owe you one, after all...

My order was returned to the warehouse – now what?

You should call us at 1-888-We-Lykki. Sometimes situations arise where you're unable to be at your workplace to receive a delivery and we understand that. Call us so we can get those important office supplies to you pronto. We can discuss an appropriate delivery schedule that will ensure a seamless transaction.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship to the entire continental USA! Yes, we looked at our map and realized that that's a huge area, but we're still confident that we can get your important office products to you the next day. Sorry Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the rest of the world – we just can't give you the level of service we'd like to, so unfortunately we can't offer our services to you at this time.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal.

I need a copy of my receipt.

What if my shipment is damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately so that we can resolve your issue as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days.

Make sure you keep the item's original packaging and contact us directly so that we can issue a return authorization and send you a rush order of the items you still need but don't have!
