Do you offer delivery outside of the Greater Vancouver area?

Good news! We now offer free next business day delivery to Greater Vancouver and parts of the Fraser Valley. Our newly expanded delivery range includes: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Port Coquitlam, Langley, White Rock, Aldergrove, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Mission & Chilliwack.

(Orders under $75 delivered to Abbotsford, Mission or Chilliwack are subject to a $9.95 delivery fee.)

How do I get free delivery?

We know you're busy, but you don't want to sacrifice your dollars for convenience. At Lykki, we want you to enjoy fast, free delivery to your business' door while remaining confident that you're still getting great value. Delivery is free and fast (and we mean Next Business Day FAST!) with No Minimum Order to most business addresses in the Greater Vancouver area. Just place your order by 4pm for next day delivery! We will deliver your order between 8-5 to most business addresses in Greater Vancouver and selected areas of the Fraser Valley. We do not offer delivery to residential addresses.

Next day delivery applies to nearly everything that you can get from Lykki! The only exceptions are for special order items and customized items, including custom printing, custom stamps, and promotional goods.

(* Free Delivery with no minimum order applies to accounts in good standing with a minimum monthly purchase of $200 or greater. Accounts purchasing less than $200 per month or accounts overdue may be charged a $9.95 delivery fee for orders under $75.)

 

How do I return something?

All items returned MUST first be issued a return authorization number through Lykki. Call 604-444-4467 or outside Vancouver 1-888-444-4549, email help@lykki.com or chat.

Please be ready with these details:

1. Original invoice / order number
2. SKU number and quantity of the item being returned
3. Reason for your return
4. Your name and/or company name and daytime telephone number
5. Your email address
6. Is this a reship (exchange) or refund (credit) to your account?

We don’t have many requirements, in fact our 365 day return freedom flexibility is leading edge, but here are a few things we’re unwavering about:

1. Item must be in the original and unmarked packaging. Barcodes, original boxes and packaging will ensure that your credit is issued promptly.
2. Item must be new, unused and resaleable.
3. Item must include all components (manuals, cables, accessories, etc.)
4. We need to issue a return authorization before you send it to us.

5. Food, beverage and special order items are non-returnable

When will I receive my order?

For items in stock and ordered before 4:00 PM local time, you can expect delivery the following business day (Monday-Friday delivery) between 8AM-5PM.

Our goal is to fill each order 100%, but occasionally some items we sell may be temporarily out-of-stock, or require special ordering.
We will attempt to source the out-of-stock items for 3 business days if the value of the items exceeds $20.00. If still unavailable after the 3 days have passed or if their value is under $20 then we will cancel the order and will suggest alternatives.
Delivery of backordered or special order items will only be made for orders in excess of $20.00. Backordered or special order items that fall under this threshold will be held until items arrive or are ordered to reach the $20 minimum.

Is everything you sell returnable?

The following office supply items are not eligible for return, except if we shipped them to you in error:

  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Special orders
  • Any opened Ink or toner
  • Custom items, including printing, stamps & promotional goods
  • Food and beverages
  • Floor machines and equipment
  • Opened non-defective hardware and software
  • Commercial coffee urns
  • Vacuums
  • Pharmaceutical merchandise
  • Non-stock close-out merchandise
  • Discontinued items


These items have limited 30 days returns only if unopened & unused:

  • Computer hardware, software, laptops, notebooks, tablets, monitors, laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, multipurpose copiers, all-in-one machines and shredders.


One other really important detail to remember is that you must have the original packaging – without it, unfortunately, we can’t issue a refund. Remember, we've got to resell that item to someone else, and you wouldn't like to purchase a new item in a ratty, torn, faded, or otherwise unsightly package.

Who pays for return delivery?

If you happen to need a delivery in Vancouver BC, we have some exciting news! We operate our head offices and call center right here in Lotusland so that makes us neighbors. Hello Neighbor! How does Lykki handle computer hardware and software returns?

Because these products change so rapidly, computer hardware, software, laptops, notebooks, tablets, monitors, laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, multipurpose copiers, all-in-one machines and shredders can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original sealed packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.

Special order items and custom products are not returnable.

Any opened software or business machines (including computers) are non-returnable once they have been used unless they are defective. You have a window of 10 days from receiving your items to notify us of defects.

Manufacturer return policies may restrict returns on some electronic items. When in doubt, we encourage you to contact us directly to confirm the returnability of an item before you place your order.

I want to return or make a claim for a damaged/defective item

Please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item. If the package was damaged or crushed by the driver or courier, it's helpful to have that noted on the courier waybill.

Defective items must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the item.

Keep the original packaging and contact us directly so that we can issue a return authorization and expedite an order of the items you’re now needing but don’t have!

I want to exchange an item

Goods received damaged must be reported in 5 days. Defective items must be reported within 10 days.

Contact our friendly customer service staff and we will issue a return authorization number and will work hard to expedite getting you the item you need.

What if an item is missing from my order?

We strive to provide 100% accuracy but occasionally we do make mistakes. Hey, we admit it, and we will always do our best to get you the missing item promptly. What if I receive the wrong item?

When will I receive my credit?

Once our customer service department issues your return authorization number and your return item has been received in our facility you can expect  the credit applied to your account in 3 business days.

Naturally, if you're thinking of making a volume purchase, we may be able to sharpen our pencils and provide you with an even better price. How do I re-order an office supply item?

Once you've signed in to your account, you'll have access to your order history as well as other powerful account management tools. You can either simply reorder from the lists of items you've purchased in the past, or you can set up a frequently ordered items list. This is a great tool if you're repeatedly ordering certain items, like toner cartridges for different machines in your office. Now all that information will be kept in one easy-to-access place, just for you. Feel free to call us and we can help you set up your e-procurement tools. They’re pretty cool tools!

Product availability

The availability of office supply, janitorial and cleaning supply, furniture, ink and toner, paper and pad, filing and storage, technology, coffee, water and snacks; and green office supply items will be indicated online. Occasionally, there may be low inventory items showing up as in stock – these will be cancelled or backordered based on your account preferences.

Fax your order

How do I track my order?

We'll send you an email confirmation once your order is in process in our system. At this time we don't have an automated system for tracking local couriers or our trucks, but rest assured the order will be there the next business day. We have almost one million orders to prove it under our belt.

Do you offer free delivery on everything?

Yes! As long as your account is in good standing and you make a minimum monthly purchase of $200 or more, and you're at a business address within the Greater Vancouver area, we will deliver it to you for free. Just so we're clear, free delivery applies to everything we sell - even the heavy stuff!

What's the delivery charge for oversized items?

How does free sound? We've tried to make ordering from Lykki as simple and easy as possible. If you spend $200 a month with us, then we will deliver it to your business door for free. Doesn't that sound pretty good?

What are the rates charged for items that aren't eligible for free delivery?

We're just playing with ya here. Everything we sell gets delivered for free when you spend a minimum of $200 a month before taxes and deposits with Lykki.

What if you're unable to deliver my office supply item?

We'll make a second attempt to deliver your item, and if that's unsuccessful, we'll return it to our warehouse. If you can't be around to accept the delivery, you may want to consider asking the receptionist next door (you know, the one who needed to borrow some coffee creamer last week?) if she can sign for it. Really, she does owe you one, after all... just sayin'.

My order was returned to the warehouse – now what?

You should call us at 604-444-4467 – Outside Vancouver 1-888-444-4549. Sometimes situations arise where you're unable to be at your workplace to receive a delivery and we understand that. Call us so we can get those important office supplies to you pronto. We can discuss an appropriate delivery schedule that will ensure a seamless transaction.

What if my address isn't in the Greater Vancouver area?

Good news - our delivery area now includes part of the Fraser Valley too! Our newly expanded delivery range now includes: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Port Coquitlam, Langley, White Rock, Aldergrove, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge,  Abbotsford, Mission & Chilliwack.
